It stands on the present Saint Paul University Philippines (SPUP) campus; the former campus of both the Colegio de Santa Imelda and Colegio de San Jacinto. It was inaugurated in 2007 during the centenary of the said school. The architecture of the chapel resembles a Gothic church, a typical type of architecture found in France and the rest of Europe.
